Ingredients
3 | New York beef strip steaks |
¼ | cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Classic Stir-Fry sauce |
2 | tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard, divided |
4 | cloves garlic, minced |
3 | tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Stir-Fry oil, divided |
12 | metal skewers |
2 | corncobs, husks and silk removed |
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste | |
2 | cups arugula leaves |
1½ | tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
¼ | cup crumbled feta cheese |
Directions
Grease grill grate. Prepare grill for medium-high. Cut steak into 3/4 –inch wide strips. In medium bowl, combine stir-fry sauce, 2 tablespoons mustard, garlic and 1 tablespoon stir-fry oil. Add steak strips. Stir to coat. Thread onto 12 skewers. Grill skewers 5 to 7 minutes or until beef is cooked to your liking.
Brush 1 teaspoon stir-fry oil over corn; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill 10 minutes or until grill marks appear, turning occasionally. Stand each cob on its end. Run knife down cob to remove kernels.
Place 3 skewers on individual serving plates. Top with arugula and corn kernels. Drizzle with remaining stir-fry oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
