Ingredients

 
2 tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® stir fry oil
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® ginger flavored soy sauce
2 cups shredded red cabbage
2 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
¼ cup thinly sliced green onions
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro, leaves
1 tablespoon sliced almonds, toasted
Garnish: toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. In small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar and soy sauce. Set aside

  2. In medium bowl, toss together red cabbage and next 4 ingredients.

  3. Drizzle with reserved dressing, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with almonds and sesame seeds, if desired.
