Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken
Under 15 minutes
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 8-oz. can pineapple chunks, undrained
1 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® KOREAN TERIYAKI™ Stir-Fry Sauce
Crushed red pepper
3. Cube chicken breasts, then stir-fry. Chop mushrooms, onion and peppers, then add them and pineapple to your stir-fry.
2. Add 1 cup HOUSE OF TSANG® KOREAN TERIYAKI™ Stir-Fry Sauce, then crushed red pepper to taste.
1. Cook until the sauce begins to bubble. Serve immediately.
